26 Beers play a vicious mix of punk and metal. They are one of Boston's best new bands. When I got ahold of their debut cd, I was floored by the genuine anguish. With the help of common friend, English Sarah Rance, I was able to contact the band, and get them on the show. The night that we shot this show, I was short on camera people, so I forced my Dad to do camera for this episode. He is 70. He hates loud music. I love my Dad. 26 beers blew the roof off of the studio. Great show.

Gary Lammin began his rock and roll career playing guitar for the legendary  British punk band, Cock Sparrer. He wrote some of their best songs. In 1980, he left to form his own rock band, The Little Roosters. I was fortunate to get him on my show when Gary recently came over for a solo tour. The man is extremely talented. He has a great feel for bluesy slide guitar, and he is equally comfortable sitting down and singing his heart out with an acoustic. Thanks to English Sarah Rance for hooking me up with Gary.  

The Hudson Falcons are true working class heroes. Over the years, they have developed a following accross the nation, consistently putting out great cd's, and touring all the time. They are one of my favorite punk bands to emerge from New Jersey, and it was an honor to get them on the show. They put on a brilliant and passionate performance.
